ONLINE RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY
Indulgems will accept unworn, undamaged or defective items for exchange or refund within 14 days of ship date from indulgems.com. Products returned between 15 and 30 days of ship date will receive credit as a coupon code. Once your return is processed, a credit will be issued for the merchandise amount only. Shipping charges are not refundable. Please allow 7 - 14 business days for the credit to be processed. All sales of items in the 'Sale' category cannot be returned for exchange or credit via coupon code. 

To be eligible for an exchange, items must be unworn, undamaged and accompanied by a print out of the original confirmation email. To return or exchange an item purchased on indulgems.com, please email info@indulgems.com for a Return Authorization. Once we approve your return, we will email you a Return Authorization Number with instructions. Please include a copy of your Return Authorization email inside the package and make sure the Return Authorization Number is written clearly on the outside of the package. A Return Authorization must be obtained BEFORE returning any items for exchange. For your security, please return your purchase with an insured courier (e.g., FedEx, UPS, USPS Parcel Post) and retain your receipt. Tracking number is highly recommended as Indulgems, LLC is not responsible for items damaged or lost in transit.


STORE RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY
Items purchased through independent retailers are not eligible for exchange or store credit with Indulems. Please work directly with the seller where your original purchase was made.


PAYMENT OPTIONS
We accept the following payment methods via PayPal: Visa, MasterCard, American Express, and Discover. Checks and money orders are not accepted.


SALES TAX
Applicable sales tax will be charged on the merchandise total for orders shipped to GA.


SHIPPING POLICY
We offer free UPS ground shipping on all orders to the continental United States. Please note that UPS will not deliver to P.O. Boxes.

We also ship via FedEx for all orders outside of the United States. For security purposes, we must handle international orders individually. Please contact us at info@indulgems.com to arrange shipment of your jewelry.

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING
All orders shipped outside of the United States are subject to additional shipping charges based on the end country's taxes, tariffs and duties. These fees vary per country, are not associated with Indulgems and are to be paid by the recipient upon delivery.

PROCESSING AND DELIVERY TIMES
Orders are processed, shipped and delivered Monday through Friday only. Orders are not processed, shipped or delivered on national holidays. All orders placed on Saturday, Sunday or on a national holiday, will be processed the following business day. Order processing time includes item selection, production, handling, packaging and shipping. Most orders are ready to ship within 24 hours of placing the order. However, since all of our items are made by hand, some orders can take up to 45 additional days to create and deliver. Please allow 48 hours for order processing and the additional time for any necessary production. All orders placed after 1pm ET will begin processing the following business day. We reserve the right to hold orders for verification. All orders billed and/or shipped outside of the continental United States, Hawaii or Alaska must have the same billing and shipping address.


REPAIR POLICY
Each piece of Indulgems jewelry is hand-made. Excessive light, heat or moisture may damage the quality of the metals and gemstones. We will make every effort to repair or replace Indulgems jewelry bought within the past 6 months. We also realize that repairs may be requested for products purchased outside of the 6 month timeframe. Please note that if a repair can be made, we will inform you of any repair fees associated for your approval prior to you sending the product for repair.

All repairs must be visually reviewed before being accepted. Before returning any product to Indulgems for repair, please email us several photographs of the item, along with your proof of purchase, to info@indulgems.com. We will reply as soon as possible. If a repair can be made, the process will take approximately 10 – 12 weeks from the date we receive it. We do not accept responsibility for items sent to us without prior approval.

By using or purchasing any product through this site, you agree to the collection and use of information as set forth in this Policy. If you do not agree to this Policy, please do not use the site.

  • We will not sell, share or trade any information you supply to us with a third party. Any information we collect is used to provide you with a better shopping experience and to facilitate us in fulfillment operations. From time to time, we may send sale information, product updates, etc. via US mail and/or electronically via email. If you would prefer not to receive these promotional items, you may opt out by clicking unsubscribe on the bottom of our emails.
  • Indulgems Inc. uses non-personally identifiable information, such as your IP address and the pages that you visit on our site, to help diagnose problems with our site and servers, to administer our site, and to improve site-related services and features. Your IP address and other non-personally identifiable information also may be used to gather broad demographic information and to recognize customer traffic patterns and site usage trends. This information aids us in improving the site navigation, design and features.
  • We also use "cookies" to collect product and purchase information from the pages you access or visit. This information may be combined with other identifiable personal information. Cookies are bits of information that are automatically stored on your computer. Cookies do not contain any personally identifiable information such as your name, address or any financial information.

All order information sent to indulgems.com is encrypted. We protect your online transactions by using Secure Sockets Layer (SSL) technology. With SSL implemented on both your computer and our server, information sent via the Internet can be trusted to arrive privately and unaltered. However, in order for SSL security to work, you must use an SSL enabled browser. Most browsers (Internet Explorer, Safari, Opera, etc.), version 3.x and later, support SSL.
